realsimplefurniture.com uses FedEx companies as its exclusive shipping partner within the contiguous 48 states. All IN-STOCK merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of us receiving your order. All residential orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. All businesses orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. At realsimplefurniture.com, we believe you should pay only for the actual cost of shipping. We have, therefore, linked our Web site ordering system directly to the FedEx Ground / Home Delivery Web site so you can see the shipping cost of your order when you are placing it.
If you are going to be placing a large order, please call us toll-free at 1.866.490.9800 so we may help you find a lower shipping rate through the FedEx Freight system.
Unfortunately, we do not presently ship outside the contiguous 48 states.

return policy
At the realsimplefurniture.com, we take great pride and go to great lengths to provide you, our customer, with a quality product. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects only. NOTE: any and all finish defects should be NOTED IMMEDIATELY, as we will not honor such defects beyond our 30-day return policy period.
